Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap

 

These Grilled Chicken Caesar Wraps are quick, fresh, and packed with flavor. Juicy grilled chicken, crisp romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and creamy Caesar dressing are wrapped in a soft tortilla for an easy lunch or dinner. Ingredients

  • 12 oz chicken breast
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tbsp Caesar dressing
  • Wraps or large flour tortillas
  • Traeger Blackened Saskatchewan Rub or salt and pepper, to taste
  • Ground black pepper
  • Olive oil spray
  • Juice of half a lime

  1. Chop the romaine lettuce and place it in a large bowl. Add the Parmesan cheese and a little ground black pepper, then refrigerate until ready to assemble.

  2. Preheat your charcoal grill to 400°F.

  3. Cut the chicken breast into 1-inch cubes and thread onto skewers. Lightly spray with olive oil, season generously with Blackened Saskatchewan Rub (or salt and pepper), and drizzle with fresh lime juice.

  4. Grill the chicken skewers, turning every 3 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 160°F, about 9-12 minutes total. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes.

  5. Add the Caesar dressing to the salad and toss until evenly coated.

  6. Fill each wrap with the Caesar salad and grilled chicken. Roll tightly, slice in half if desired, and enjoy!
