Kamado Cheese Pizza 🍕



Ingredients

Pizza dough

Flour

4 tbsp Pizza sauce

6-8oz Mozzarella cheese

(Optional) Parmesan, romano and/or crushed red pepper for sprinkling on pizza after done. Pesto sauce for dipping

Equipment

Kamado grill

Expander Rack

Pizza Pan

Pizza Stone

Directions

1. Light charcoal and start heating up Kamado. When it hits 300° add expander rack with pizza stone and continue heating grill until it gets to 500°

2. Dust pizza pan with flour then stretch pizza dough into a circle and place on pizza pan

3. Add pizza sauce and then mozzarella 

4. Place pan on pizza stone and grill at 500° for approximately 10 minutes, cooking times can fluctuate a decent amount

5. Remove from grill and let cool for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
