Korean Spicy Grilled Chicken Thighs
Korean Spicy Grilled Chicken Thighs
Sticky, sweet, and a little smoky, this gochujang-marinated chicken is an easy weeknight grill. Cook it indirect first for juicy thighs, then finish over direct heat for a caramelized edge.
