Tips and Information

This easy homemade Caesar dressing is creamy, tangy, and packed with bold, savory flavor. The fish sauce adds a rich umami depth that mimics the flavor of traditional anchovies, while the fresh garlic, lemon juice, and Parmesan give it that classic Caesar taste.

This dressing is perfect tossed with crisp romaine lettuce and pairs especially well with my Blackened Mahi Mahi Caesar Salad or Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap. It also makes a great dip for vegetables or a flavorful spread for wraps and sandwiches.
